Apartment Taube

With three separate rooms, “Taube” is our largest apartment and also the only one with original paint on the wall: probably around 100 years old!

The city of Leipzig levies a 5% accommodation tax on the room rate. This is shown separately on the bill and paid in full to the city by ZeitRaum10.

Exceptions:

*Children and young people up to 18 years of age
*Severely disabled persons and their companions
*Persons who have to stay overnight in Leipzig for the purpose of an absolutely necessary medical treatment & one accompanying person, if an accompanying person is absolutely necessary.

–> If you or your children are exempt from the lodging tax, please let us know. We will of course refund the amount to you.

Apartment Blau

The original pitch pine floorboards, the stucco and the Art Nouveau tiled stove are reminiscent of earlier times. A fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom provide the necessary comfort.
